This Privacy Policy explains how AI Happy Horse ("we", "us") handles information when you use ai-happy-horse.org (the "Service").

We do not require user accounts. Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
  • Generation inputs such as prompts, selected output presets, and an optional locally uploaded reference image.
  • Operational metadata such as request timestamps, IP address, user-agent, and error logs for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics data if analytics is enabled, such as page views and interaction events.
  • Browser-local preferences and history such as theme mode and recent video jobs stored in localStorage.

2) How We Use Information

  • Submit and poll video generation jobs.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Measure reliability and product usage.

3) Third-Party Providers

Video generation requests are processed through third-party providers, including OpenRouter and the upstream model provider used to fulfill the request. Those providers may process request payloads according to their own terms and privacy policies.

4) Local Browser Storage

The Service stores recent job metadata in your browser so you can reopen completed clips or continue polling unfinished ones. Reference image files are not persisted in browser storage.

5) Data Retention

We retain operational logs only as long as needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not maintain user profiles or account records because the Service does not require sign-in.
